I used to be a 20 something businesswoman interested primarily in upward mobility. Then I was a 40 something businesswoman, mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend, community volunteer, supporter of social enterprises and Zontian interested in living an eclectic life. Today I am in my 50’s. Much has happened since I started blogging including the publication of my first book “Grief is…Thoughts on loss, struggle and new beginnings.” THIS IS NOT A GRIEF BLOG. I do blog about grief so that others who have had loss know they are not alone and that things do get easier. Grief is one of life’s experiences but to let my grief stories become my life story would mean to abandon living an eclectic life. It was hard work to get back to this place, but, grief, like love, parenthood, and community is now a part of my eclectic life. It’s a better fuller place to be.

So this blog remains the place where I share information on the many people and wonderful and sometimes not so wonderful things that interest me in this life. To read more about what eclectic living means click here
